Refund policy

We DO NOT Offer Refunds although we do offer a favorable Replacement policy which will be in effect if said conditions are met;

In case of damaged delivery, we offer free replacement of the product / products. In order to be eligible for a replacement you have to lodge your complain through the number provided or Email us at the time of receiving the order.  If issues are not reported on delivery than its assured that products are delivered in excellent condition and complaint will not be catered.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot returned, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items),  We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If Customer asks for re delivery , then the customer will have to pay the delivery charges Again.
